Refunds

Disco Bowl Ltd offer a standard no refunds policy on all bookings made, either by walk-in, or online. Any cancelation of bookings that is not of fault or reason of Disco Bowl Ltd will NOT be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to alter a booking, providing we have at least 48 hours’ notice & availability, our on site team at your local venue will be happy to do this.

 

Booking Policy

Disco Bowl no longer take bookings or payments over the phone. All bookings are to be made via our online booking system on our website.

Online bookings, full payment is due immediately upon booking, receipt of the confirmation will be sent via email. The booking is not secured until payment has been completed, & the timeslot will still be available to other customers. Once confirmation has been received if for any reason the booking is not available a full refund will be issued.

It is your responsibility to check booking details are correct, as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a contract has been formed. Please also note that we are not under an obligation to provide the services(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email has been sent to you, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

We allow 10 minutes per person per game, should your game not be completed within the booked allocated time slot, the venue has to right to terminate the game for the next booking. We will not issue a refund should you arrive late to your booking. You will be able to play within the remaining allocated time slot until the next booking is due.

Should you not warn the venue of a late arrival to your booking, Disco Bowl Ltd have the rights to re sell the lane after 15 minutes of ‘no show’. Late arrivals may not be able to bowl but our team will do their best to accommodate you. Please leave plenty of time for your journey.
